Yes! Both locations offer indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces so you can plan with confidence in any season or weather.

How do I book my date?

Booking is simple:

  3. Secure your date with your first payment

How much is required to secure a date?

We do not require a deposit. Dates are held with a $600 first payment, followed by bi-monthly payments of $600 until half of the total is paid.

Do you allow outside vendors?

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own licensed and insured vendors. We also have preferred vendors you can choose from.

What is included in the rental?

Every rental includes access to the venue for the contracted hours, bridal suites, tables, chairs, and full use of the property for photos.

How many hours are included?

Standard wedding rentals include all-day access. Exact hours vary by venue and event type.

Do you allow rehearsals?

Yes. Rehearsals are included depending on date availability and the event schedule for the weekend.

Do you allow décor or furniture rentals?

Yes—our rental company, The Brown Collection, offers custom décor, specialty tables, backdrops, signage, and more.

Do you offer planning or coordination?

Our décor company, Brown Plan-It, offers full-service design and planning packages that can be added to any venue rental.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed for the ceremony with prior approval and must be supervised at all times.

Do you require event insurance?

Yes, event liability insurance is required for all weddings and events.

How do payments work?

Your first payment secures the date. Payments continue bi-monthly until half is paid, and the remaining balance is due 60 days before the wedding.

How many guests can the Starkville venue accommodate?

Up to 300 guests comfortably with a mix of round and rectangular tables with additional room for a dance floor.

Does the Starkville venue have indoor and outdoor ceremony options?

Yes. Magee offers both indoor ceremony space and a beautifully maintained outdoor open air chapel ceremony site.

Is there a bridal suite?

Yes, a private bridal suite with seating, mirrors, and ample natural light is included.

Is parking available?

Yes, the venue offers on-site parking for guests and vendors.

Are engagement or bridal portrait sessions allowed?

Yes—portrait sessions are included only for booked clients.
